Privacy policy
Short version: the files you open are processed in your browser and never uploaded. We keep anonymous daily counts of page views and feature use, and the messages you send us through the support form.
Effective November 8, 2026
Your files
When you choose a file, your browser reads it on your device. Parsing, filtering, redaction, hashing and PDF creation all happen in the page’s code running in your browser. The file, its contents, its name and its hash are never sent to us or to anyone else.
How we keep this true: the site sends a Content Security Policy that only allows the page to connect to this site (connect-src 'self'), loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers, and the page’s only outgoing requests after you choose a file are for its own code and fonts and an anonymous counter (described below). You can check this in your browser’s developer tools (Network tab).
Anonymous usage counts
To know whether the site is useful, we count events per day: which page was viewed, which kind of feature was used (for example “WhatsApp zip imported” or “PDF created”), which website linked to us (the host name only, such as google.com), and which search crawlers visited. Each count is a number per day, stored without IP addresses, cookies, device identifiers, file names or any content you open.
Support messages
If you use the support form, we store what you type: your message, and your name and a reply address if you give them. We use them only to answer you and to fix problems, and we delete them on request. Please don’t include private message content you don’t need to share.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If a paid option is offered and you buy it, a single functional cookie marks your browser as unlocked for 24 hours; it holds no personal information.
Our host
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not receive or store those IP addresses in our counts.
Payments
If paid options are offered, payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages, under Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not see or store card details.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions or deletion requests: use the support form.
